Steve Jobs super yacht ‘Venus’ sailing in Croatia, Pakleni Islands

[CROATIA WEEK] The €100 million super yacht Venus, built for the late Steve Jobs, sailed into Croatia on Wednesday.

The 260 foot yacht, which was designed for the late Apple creator by Philippe Starck’s design company Ubik and launched in 2012, turned heads as it was docked near the Pakleni islands, which are located off the southwest coast of the island of Hvar, opposite the entrance to Hvar, yesterday.

The yacht was christened “Venus,” after the Roman goddess of love, beauty, sex, fertility, prosperity and victory.
